We have a lovely Serpentine butterfly highlighted in sterling silver swimming in a sea of Natural Sleeping Beauty Turquoise overlaid on a sea shell. This piece is pretty light weight cause of the shell that is used in this creation that measures approximately 3” x 3 1/4”. The Sleeping Beauty Turquoise pieces are highlighted with coal mixed in the epoxy making them pop out. There are two holes drilled and ready for wire or sinew.

Kalem Aguilar is a Kewa artist from Santo Domingo Pueblo.  His talent show in his unique one of a kind pieces featuring natural stones, sterling silver and his designs.  Kalem lets nothing go to waist and will use some of the smallest pieces to fill in his art.
